Terms & Conditions
By signing up as an instructor on www.prepmock.com, you agree to abide by these Instructor Terms (" Terms "). These Terms cover details about
the aspects of the Prepmock platform relevant to instructors and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, the general terms that
govern your use of our Services.
As an instructor, you are responsible for all content that you post, including quizzes, coding exercises, practice tests, assignments, resources,
answers, and exam landing page (" Submitted Content ")
Translations
Any version of these Terms in a language other than English is provided for convenience and you understand and agree that the English
language will control if there is any conflict.
Relationship between Us
You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.
Revenue Share
With each sale, Instructors will receive 70% of the price and Prepmock will receive the other 30%. Ex: if an exam costs 10$, the instructor will
receive 7$ and Prepmock will receive 3$. It is also important to note that Instructors will be able to cash out anytime ‘after’ making
35$ (or 3000 bdt) worth of sale.
Specific rules for Instructor/ Publishers:
Dos:
1. You will honor any enrollments through Prepmock.com at the price listed in the Prepmock, and not to refuse enrollments or participation by any
student for any discriminatory or other illegal reason.
2. You grant us the right to place advertisements on your content at our sole discretion.
3. You represent and warrant to Prepmock that you are qualified to publish the Exams that you list in the Prepmock.com and that you will at all
times conduct yourself in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. You understand that, if you publish an exam, your participants will have the ability to post a review of this Exam. We cannot control the contents
of any such review and will not be held responsible for any information or opinions that a user may include in any such review.
5. You may choose to remove content from your Exam and will continue to own such content, but we will continue to have the right to use that
content and to provide it to participants who have paid for or enrolled in your Exams.
6. You grant us full ownership of any text or video content that we will create for you. It is at our sole discretion to remove, add, or edit that
contents.
7. Prepmock reserves the right to, but is under no obligation, to delete the listing of any Exam at any time and for any reason.
8. The best way to get in touch with us is to contact our Support Team. We'd love to hear your questions, concerns, and feedback about our
Services.

11. you will provide and maintain accurate account information;
12. you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, permissions, and authority to authorize Prepmock to use your Submitted Content
as specified in these Terms and the Terms of Use;
13. your Submitted Content will not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property rights;
14. you have the required qualifications, credentials, and expertise (including education, training, knowledge, and skill sets) to teach and offer the
services that you offer through your Submitted Content and use of the Services; and
15. You will respond promptly to Students and ensure a quality of service that corresponds with the standards of your industry and instruction
services in general.
Specific rules for Instructor/ Publishers:
Don’t:
1. Any content you submit to the Service will not contain third party copyrighted material or material that is subject to other third-party
proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material.
2. You will not submit content to Prepmock that violates the Prepmock Community and Class Guidelines, which may be occasionally
updated.
3. post or provide any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, incorrect, infringing, defamatory or
libelous content or information;
4. post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation
(commercial or otherwise) through the Services or to any user;
5. use the Services for business other than providing tutoring, teaching, and instructional services to students;
6. engage in any activity that would require us to obtain licenses from or pay royalties to any third party, including the need to pay royalties
for the public performance of a musical work or sound recording;
7. the frame or embed the Services (such as to embed a free version of a course) or otherwise circumvent the Services;
8. impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another person's account;
9. interfere with or otherwise prevent other Instructors from providing their services or courses; or
10. Abuse Prepmock resources, including support services.
Updating Terms and conditions:
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features),
and Prepmock reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material
change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a
notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of our
Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account if you want. We'll use commercially reasonable efforts to make any remaining scheduled payments that are owed to
you before deleting your account. You understand that if students have previously enrolled in your courses, your name, and that Submitted
Content will remain accessible to those students after your account is deleted. If you need help or encounter difficulty deleting your account, you
can contact us via our Support Center.
